The product is picked, cooled, packed and transported to one of our two FreshPlants based in Wacol, Queensland or Bairnsdale, Victoria where it is quality checked again, washed, dried and packed into a pillow pack and shipped to your favourite fresh fruit and vegetable retailer available for your enjoyment all within a 24-36 hour time frame.

What is a FreshCut Stirfry?
In the case of a freshcut stirfry – it’s exactly the same concept for vegetables – stringent growing standards, high quality procurement specifications, picking, cooling, washing, packing and available for dinner tonight all within a 24-36 hour time frame. Lettuce has a high oxygen transmission rate and respires rapidly (uses oxygen and gives off carbon-dioxide) and the product specific package perforations allow for the carbon-dioxide to escape and oxygen to enter thus ensuring a high quality product up to end of shelf life.
