In fresh-cut produce, food safety starts in the paddock. That’s why our growers operate to strict on-farm food safety and quality standards, often exceeding industry requirements. From growing and harvesting practices to hygiene, traceability and post-harvest handling, every step is designed to protect freshness and safety from the very beginning.

We don’t simply buy produce – we work alongside our growers, sharing knowledge, supporting best practice, and continuously improving systems together. When our growers succeed, so does our supply chain. One Harvest works with a national grower network of more than 50 Australian farming families, spanning key growing regions across the country.

Our national grower and supplier network supports a consistent, year-round supply of fresh produce.
At the same time, we focus on regional sourcing to reduce food miles.
By working closely across farming, processing, and retail,
we build greater resilience to seasonal changes and shifting conditions.
