- 1 cup cooked organic beetroot
- 1 cup organic toasted walnuts
- ¼ cup organic extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp organic date syrup
- 1 small organic garlic clove
- Sourdough bread
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor, blend until smooth and creamy.
- Toast the sourdough in a toaster until golden brown.
