INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
 - 2 cloves garlic, crushed
 - 1 tbsp fish sauce
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 inch ginger, grated
 - 400g rump steak
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 Bag Asian Style Salad Mix
 - 1 lebanese cucumber
 - 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
 - 1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
 - Crunchy Noodles
 
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl combine the lime juice, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce and ginger. Drizzle over the steak and set aside for 10 minutes
 - Heat sesame oil in a griddle pan. Fry for 3min on each side. Rest for 5min then slice.
 - In a large bowl combine the lettuce leaves, cucumber, red onion green peas. Top with steak and drizzle with pan juices. Add crunchy noodles at the end and enjoy!
