Salad Bowls

Asian Style Beef Salad

Preparation: 10 minutes

Serves: 2


  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 400g rump steak
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Bag Asian Style Salad Mix
  • 1 lebanese cucumber
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • Crunchy Noodles


  1. In a small bowl combine the lime juice, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce and ginger. Drizzle over the steak and set aside for 10 minutes
  2. Heat sesame oil in a griddle pan. Fry for 3min on each side. Rest for 5min then slice.
  3. In a large bowl combine the lettuce leaves, cucumber, red onion green peas. Top with steak and drizzle with pan juices. Add crunchy noodles at the end and enjoy!
