Green Goodness Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 cup frozen diced zucchini
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 frozen ripe bananas
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • Splash of milk of choice
  • Suggested Toppings: Fresh Berries, Granola, Peanut Butter, Coconut Shreds, Chia Seeds


  1. Add all smoothie ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor and blend for 3-5 minutes, or until smooth and creamy
  2. Transfer to your two favourite bowls and top with suggested toppings, or your other fave toppings! Serve immediately and enjoy!
