Green Smoothie

Preparation: 5 minutes

Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of frozen mango
  • 2 inch piece of lebanese cucumber
  • 1 cup of baby spinach
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 4-5 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes or until smooth. Serve and Enjoy!
